Is it necessary for being in touch with the patients whose treatment is completed?

It would seem overpowering to the patients if there are constant calls from a clinic
some patients may even get disturbed
A suitable approach would be to send emails on festive occasions or birthdays

Patients will or should be seen for routine Hygiene visits at least twice per year. If the patient is scheduled, then in a way you are keeping in touch with your patients. I think if you are suggesting to stay in touch prior to any hygiene visits, in my opinion would be a waste of time.

I think you also have to be selective in touching patients. There is no need to be in touch with everybody.
