     Prevention is the key. Anticipate and prepare for the same. Strong and effective systems, punctuality, good communication skills usually ward of all potential trouble makers. For the rest early recognition and timely phasing out is a must.

     One must ensure at all times that we dont fall short from our side in rendering services and keep professional and personal relations separate.

    Where one needs to be stern and draw lines in terms of behavior, we must.

    And yes, this is a part and parcel in every profession so we have to face and deal with it

     While it is obvious that proper care must be taken from our side to render efficient and satisfactory services, It must also be borne in mind to not get too comfortable with the patients during treatment. If not done, patients tend to take the doctor for granted.

     courteous firmness is the name of the game.

    female clinicians must ensure that a male assistant is always around.they need not be bouncers altho

     Some hi-tech clinics also have cctv cameras fitted to avoid undue situations
