How many of us have been lucky to have some worldly-wise experienced person guide us through this rocky journey called dentistry?

But that s not the question..the question is DO we need a mentor? or Self help is The best help??

Many senior dentists are more than willing to help and try to make our choices simpler… but some are busy and cant guide us at all…but its not fair to blame them after all we are not in a guided shaded school anymore….so where does one decide where we can take off on our own??

Do we need a helping hand or should we make our own mistakes or is it a bit of both??

    Please comment!!
