DCI should strictly follow its own regulations to ensure standards- be it admission process or faculty position including qualification and experience.DCI should reintroduce Biometric attendance for staff.It is appalling to know that fulltime practitioners in Kolkatta are declared as full time teachers in Bihar, Jharkhand etc.There are Institutions where PG teachers do not have a single publications( Head of the Department should have minimum 3 publications as per Parliament approved norms),Institutions admit candidates who are just eligible some times not eligible after collecting 15 lakhs for BDS and 50 lakhs for MDS seats against Hon. Supreme court orders that there has to be Fair, Free, transparent merit based non exploitative admission and there should not be Capitation/ Donation in any form and there cannot be Profiteering except 15 % surplus for future expansion. The Private Institutions have utter disregard for Judiciary,and Parliament.They manage with the helping hands from Councils. For the sake of Country and profession this should stop
