Is it fair to teachers, does it violate your constitutional right

“Absent faculty will not be accepted, except on extreme compassionate
grounds”. This technically means that no faculty can take leave from
October 1st to February 15th and from April 1st to May 31st when the
DCI will be involved in what appears to be a series of ‘surprise
inspections’.
