    A patient presented with swelling in gums in Upper anteriors. She was wearing Porcelain fussed to metal crowns .Her oral hygienewas good.

    Still oral prophylaxiswas done after removing the crowns,aiming that it was a case of Nickel sensitivity.

    But after7 days there does not appear to be any marked improvement.

    Any suggestions ?

    Do you have any photos of this case?  Do you think there is an issue or violation with biological width? Where are the margins placed in the preparations?

     After how long did she find swelling in the gums after the PFM crowns were luted. if it was immediate or soon than it could be allergy. Otherwise it is something else.
