What could be the possible consequences of performing root canal in palatal canal of maxillary 1st molar which has a communication with the sinus?

You may realise that the communication is there in certain cases where its found that during irrigation with saline, the liquid flows out through the nose due to communication with sinus

Even radiographic examination may not reveal this sort of connection due to super imposition
So the best way to deal with is by maintaining the working length meticulously without going into the periapical area,,utmost care must be taken , since the most common irrigant is hypochlorite and also the most irritant
