    stuck with one case,,, maxillary central incisor which is fully calcified but asymtomatic….patient wants a crown for that tooth,,,suggest me the line of treatment?

    What is the reason for the patient wanting crown? Can you post his radiograph?

    If its grossly carious, excavate all the caries, build the tooth with composite and give a crown..root canal will be very difficult if its fully calcified..an IOPA would definitely help here..please upload if you have one..
