some of them r taken thru a microscope and a camera/video recorder attached to the scope.Some are taken on my DSLR Camera Nikon D5000.
I usually take the pics from a regular 18-55 mm lens (Although a Macro lens with ring flash is highly recommended – but it costs as much as the basic camera itself…. a bomb!!)Only difference being i have to crop the camera pics later and its a little difficult getting the right shot of the canals esp. cuz u cant get sufficient light in the chamber
