select a receptionist who is good looking and well-dressed, and then train her to always greet the patients with a smiling face and handle the patients with lot of patience when required.

But finding a receptionist with all these traits is a mammoth task…and even if we manage to find one their salary expectations will be very high..

It is often seen that once we have successfully managed to train them, they opt to leave the job and try elsewhere where their high salary expectations are met
