as already mentioned by dr santosh one of the most significant advantage is the reach ., ., it helps irrigate areas which probably would not be reached completely by the conventional mechanical techniques . ,. , afterall its the apical 3-4mm that decides the sucess and failure of an RCT ., ., better and wider cleansing is critical to the success of RCTs ,. ., other likely advantage could be the speed and efficiency ., .,
