I havnt come across a single case of maryland bridge nor have i heard any dentist using it in practice..3 unit bridges are more popular..but if the patient cant afford a 3 unit ceramic bridge a maryland bridge can be fabricated..it might be definitely more economical than the ceramic bridge.
And this brigde is obviously fabricated by the technician..but i don think many indian technicians might be skilled at it.
