Oral symptoms—
Tongue and lips most commonly affected
Hypertrophy of filliform papillae producing a shaggy, papillomatous surface on dorsum of tongue
Lips look enlarged covered in papillomatous growth especially on corners of mouth
Buccal mucosa shows velvety white appearance with few papillary lesions
