After doing the RCT s of the lower anterior teeth, crowns on them are mandatory….and severe attrition of posteriors,the best way would be to crown them
Also do not forget that raising the bite also would be a very very important step in generalised attrition
Also in long history of bruxism, night guards are a good option if there is no skeletal or joint abnormality implication
