Sir Is infection the cause of bone loss round the implant? Most common reason…however what must have caused such bone loss…Was the patient diabetic? Would implants be a good choice in a diabetic patient.
And how long do you recommend waiting after placement of implant after which one can proceed with remaining treatment like ortho etc.
