Female patient:              Age : 64 years      Tooth:- 2-1 ( Upper left central incisor) No relevant medical history.

Implant placement for tooth 1-1 ( Upper right central incisor) was done more than a decode ago. It is not possible to find out which implant is this.

I want to know how do we go about extracting 2-1 ( Upper left central incisor) and placing an implant.

Is it possible to do an immediate implant in thsi case .Also is immediate loading possible in this case. I have uploaded an IOPA as well teh OPG of the case. The IOPA has been taken with a GP point as a marker .

Hope to see a lot of responses and many thanks in advance for the same.

    Regards,

    Dr. Veerendra Darakh.
