*Pre op:* 2D IOPA

*Surgery:*
Free Hand Dental Implant Placement

*Post Op:*

Immediate after surgery: Some Parasthesia was developed and lasted for several days
4-5 months later:  no Parasthesia, numbness
Temporary Crowns given
No problem in mastication (chewing)

Post Op 3D CBCT done to check accuracy of surgical technique deployed in the patient.
