Millennium Dental Technologies Wins CE Marking For PerioLase(R) MVP-7â„¢ Digital Dental Laser For The Treatment Of Gum Disease
Millennium Dental Technologies, Inc. (MDT), pioneers of the patented LANAP™ protocol for the treatment of gum disease, announced receipt of the Conformité Européenne (CE) certification for its PerioLase® MVP-7™ , a 6-watt free-running variable pulsed Nd:YAG dental laser featuring digital technology and seven pulse durations. The CE marking certifies that the product has met European Union (EU) health and safety standards and is approved for sale within EU countries and members of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).

As an unbiased third party, Intertek evaluated the PerioLase® MVP-7â„¢ for electrical safety, design, manufacturing processes and performance, then provided the comprehensive results for review to the notified body, the England-based AMTAC Certification Services, Ltd.
