Remove dentures and clean them thoroughly.

Place six pea-sized drops of cushion grip thermoplastic denture adhesive evenly spaced inside upper denture. Do the same thing to lower denture.

Place upper dentures in place without touching the pea-sized drops of adhesive. Bite down gently to squish the adhesive down into an even layer.

Insert lower dentures, again being careful not to touch the adhesive with your fingers. Bite down slowly but firmly, allowing the adhesive to squeeze into all the gaps between dentures and gums.

Use fingers and a damp wash cloth to wipe away any excess adhesive that is forced out into mouth. Wait 5 minutes before putting pressure on your dentures.
