This is the classical oral manifestation of the most common venereal diseases–SYPHILIS

Its symptoms include:
1) Hypoplasia of permanent incisors and 1st permanent molars
2)8th nerve deafness
3)interstitial keratitis

The incisors show screw/peg shape…additionally there may be notching on the incisal edge
Molars may be bud/moon shaped
Malocclusion or open bite seen
