    Different languages including hindi english and marathi are essential..
    However more than just knowing languages the receptionist should be able to manage appointments and erratic patients

    The receptionist should atleast know the local languages spoken in that locality along with HINDI & ENGLISH. Ofcourse other skills are compulsory.
