    To appeal to children is a difficult task as the idea could go terribly wrong if it does not work out well
    Safe options should be kept like soft toys, small books with lots of pictures, kid story books etc may be kept

    Instead of the usual pics of patient information one can put up the same pics in a caricature or cartoon form
    This wont appeal only to adults but will interest even the children and not scare them
