3) Develop managerial skills.
Do not start formal marketing and advertising unless you have looked into all of the above.
Furthermore do not be surprised if it takes a very long time to fine tune all of the above. It might take a lifetime also.
In fact , if all the above is refined in your clinic there may not be any need for formal marketing or advertising
