Research says that extraction of mobile and healthy teeth (without periapical infection) doesnt need antibiotic coverage , the mild bacterimia produced can be covered by body defence . But in private practice we cant take risk so give antibiotic coverage for every case .
as far as salt water gargle is concerned it has nothing to take wid clot . it is just to keep wound clean that inturn help in healing
