The commonest thing is "POST INJECTION RESIDUAL PARASTHESIA AFTER MANDIBULAR BLOCK / IF YOU USED INFILTRATION, INJECTION NEEDLE TRAUMA TO MENTAL NERVE LOOP".

Insted of B – complex, Neurobion forte will be a bettter idea.
