    central incisor would be surgically extruded…..by orthodontic treatment…or may wait for its eruption for 6 months or a year..

    The tooth appears to be impacted, it cannot erupt in its normal position, surgical intervention required

    Surgical intervention can be done only after the eruption of permanent canines..

    I have asked for an an occlusal radiograph. Once I get it I will scan it in and post it.

    Let us see what the occlusal radiograph shows us.

     Can a pedodontist do this surgery? or an oral surgeon is a better option?

     I guess it would be a team of oral surgeon, pedodontist and an orthodontist that would be required to manage this case.

    If there is no malocclusion wait for 6 months or so & review

     there is no malocclusion so I gues we will wait for siometime and review the root formation. if the root formation is satisfactory we could consider orthdontic extrusion after it is surgically exposed
