I would like to know which pain killers are safest in pregnancy…does it depend on the trimester..we need consent even to prescribe pain killers?
just need a drug name that can be safely prescribed
I know CROCIN (paracetamol) is widely propagated but i want to know if there s any other because all patients do not react satisfactorily to paracetamol as an analgesic

It is always better to refer the patient to the gynaecologist and ask the patient to take the NSAID’s from her gynaecologist.
