Would like to initiate a debate on C factor I order to have the restoration last for a longer period.

    C Factor

it is a problem if not appreciated and attended to at the time of the restoration. That is the reason why most of the addition dentist ( two types of clinicians . Subtraction dentists) believe in layering technique and follow the herring bone pattern at the time of layering. This ensures that the restoration lasts longer and patient does not experience any discomfort like hypersensitivity.  It takes five mins more but look at the positive aspect of this.

C-Factor measures team chemistry by evaluating cooperation, collaboration, and collective intelligence within a group. It’s crucial for successful projects as it highlights how effectively team members work together to solve problems and achieve goals. A high C-Factor leads to better performance and innovation, while a low C-Factor can hinder progress and productivity.
