    Dear all implantology  gurus,

    Male patient

    Age:-  62 years

    Well controlled diabetes and hypertension

    Tooth ( Root piece )  :- 1-7 /  Upper right second molar.

I wish to extract the root piece and I was wondering if I could do an immediate implant.

If yes , what should be surgical procedure. Do I insert some bone graft material and cover it with a titanium mesh.

Hope to see a lot of responses and many thanks in advance for the same.

    Regards,

Dr . Veerendra  Darakh.Nandkishor Kondhalkar cropped
