    24 year old male patient.
    No relevant medical history.
    Tobacco chewer since 6 yrs.
    C/C: Stained teeth. Wanted cleaning.
    On examination i discovered 2 lesions, one on the right buccal mucosa and other on the right side of floor of mouth.
    The lesion on the floor seems like a chemical burn but the patient doesnt give any such history.

    What should be the treatment instituted besides stoppage of habit?

    Try antioxidents………. excellent results are seen in white lesions

    The first picture shows whitish discolouration so it may be candidiasis so antifungals of topical mode application can be prescribed

    However this seems to be clearly a case of keratosis wherin you can prescribe TANTUM mouthwash or Orasep gel for palliative measures and relief…
