CE credits will be required beyond Dec 2013 to renew registration. Who is en-cashing on that ? Reportedly DCI is now publicizing this matter but it not vigilant enough to ensure proper regulatory framework. At a recent conference participant was offered the attendance certificate with full credits immediately as the registration was confirmed on the front desk. He was happy to walk out on the same afternoon. (this is the scene at most meetings). Some members have also reported how several IDA branches get many extra certificates signed after a CE program and then give it to their friends/members who have not attended.
