    Hello everybody,
    These are images of failing implants of an implant overdenture case.
    There is bone loss around three implants and one has fallen off.
    In an implant overdenture care should be taken to ensure that the occlusal forces are directed vertically.
    Lateral forces mean bone loss. Bone loss has been marked with red lines.
    Independent options are not an option in maxilla. A bar should always be made for maxillary overdenture.

    a bar has been made in lower but there is bone loss around the left implant and the implants have not been placed symmetrically.

    Hope so we are going to give vaccum dentures….With treatment of bone remodelling……

    pt. is a diabetic . However the diabetes is well controlled. Pt. has been sent for diabetes testing.

    After seeing the result we will decide upon bone augmentation.

    Or we can fabricate Mini-implant dentures….Mini-implant is only for mandibles….
