These are images of failing implants of an implant overdenture case.
There is bone loss around three implants and one has fallen off.
In an implant overdenture care should be taken to ensure that the occlusal forces are directed vertically.
Lateral forces mean bone loss. Bone loss has been marked with red lines.
Independent options are not an option in maxilla. A bar should always be made for maxillary overdenture.Veerendra Darakh
