I came across this case in my college…
43 year old female patient.
No relevant present or past medical history.
No relevant family history.
No significant habits.
Caries rate is high.
Patients chief complaint was pain in upper right posterior region which on examination was found because of carious 16.
But what else i noted was a tissue overgrowth on the palate just right to the midline at the junction of hard and soft palate.
It was firm on palpation, absolutely non-tender and of the same colour as that of the adjacent tissue.
Patient doesn’t remember the lesion being changing in size over a period of time.12/04/2011 at 7:38 am #17081siteadminOfflineRegistered On: 07/05/2011Topics: 34Replies: 174Has thanked: 0 timesBeen thanked: 0 times14/04/2011 at 6:20 am #17083sushantpatel_docOfflineRegistered On: 30/11/2009Topics: 510Replies: 666Has thanked: 0 timesBeen thanked: 0 times14/04/2011 at 4:13 pm #1708815/04/2011 at 9:54 am #17093AnonymousI came across this case in my college…
