Pulpal involvement needs rct as definitive treatment and adv.measures to prevent attrition.
Check habitual,skeletal,traumatic ,gastric,factors for attrition and treat accordingly.

In case you have come across such a patient, please post the details. Because there is no generalised treatment for any condition; every case has to be administered different treatments.

I came across this case in the college during my internship. The patient was a middle aged lady who’s chief complaint was of pain in the lower anteriors and generalized sensitivity
I would like to know that how would the lower anteriors be prosthetically rehablitated once the rct was completed. Would it be by means of a crown? How is the dentinal hypersensitivity arising due to attrition in the posterior teeth managed? How is the occlusal anatomy restored in the posterior teeth? If the patient gives a history of bruxism , how long
is the interocclusal appliance used ?

 After doing the RCT s of the lower anterior teeth, crowns on them are mandatory….and severe attrition of posteriors,the best way would be to crown them 

Also do not forget that raising the bite also would be a very very important step in generalised attrition

Also in long history of bruxism, night guards are a good option if there is no skeletal or joint abnormality implication
