I just read a book THE EXTRAORDINARY LEADER – TURNING GOOD MANAGERS INTO GREAT LEADERS by JOHN H ZENCER & JOSEPH FOLKMAN.

It is a great book and one of the best books on management that I have read. Try and get hold of it and try and implement the suggestions mentioned therein into your practices.

I would rate the book on par with Stephen Covey books.
