Dear all eminent Implantologists ,
Female patient :- Age 21 years . No relevant medical history .
Lower right 1st and 2nd molar extracted around 6 months ago. A few images of the case are in the first reply to this post .
Distance between LR 2nd premolar and LR 3rd molar is 15 mm.
The CBCT report says that in LR 1st molar area the height from crest of alveolar bone to I.A.N is 10 mm and width is 2.2 mm .
In 2nd molar area the height from crest of bone to I.A.N is 11.2 mm and width is 4.4 mm.
In lower right 2nd molar area I intend to place an implant of D 4 mm or D 4.5 mm and length 8.5mm. What could be the success rate of an implant of such dimensions ?
In lower right 1st molar area could an implant of D 4.5 X L7 be placed? (after horizontal bone argumentation) . What could be the success rate of such an implant of such dimensions ?
What could be the best method to do horizontal bone argumentation in this case ?
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hope to see a lot of responses and many thanks in advance for the same.
Regards,
Dr. Veerendra Darakh
