    Female patient.

    Medical history : Mild hypertension which is well controlled. / Medical fitness has been obtained for minor dental surgery

    Tooth : 3-6 ( Lower left first molar ) . Extraction done two days back.

    Now is immediate implant possible in this case. If yes, how do I go about it.
