    I always tell the participants of my hands on courses that leakage around composite fillings is a very common occurence. Be on the lookout for secondary caries.

    Just came across one case and I am uploading it so that every dentist understands the importance of the issue. Compartively the chances of secondary caries around an amalgam filling is less.
