Female patient . Age : 28 years . No relevant medical history . Tooth : 2-1 ( Upper right central incisor)

H/O Trauma many years ago . O/E – A draining abscess . IOPA shows periapical

I have advised endo. Most probably apicoetomy is not required. However the IOPA shows a radiopacity in the middle third of the canal .

What could it be ? Will it affect the biomech and access to the periapical area
