    Male patient.

Date of birth of patient 7/10/2003

    Medical history : Non- contributory.

This patient could be heading towards impacted canines.

Such a patient should be referred to an orthodontist or a GDP doing orthodontics for evaluation and monitoring.

Such patients if diagnosed early and evaluated and followed up properly will be saved of complicated orthodontic treatment later on.

    Thanks and best regards

    Dr. Veerendra Darakh.

Have you taken your child for an orthodontic appointment? The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that your child get an orthodontic check-up no later than age 7. During this period, certain conditions such as crowding may be easier to address.
