PPP MODEL
PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP. MODEL.
The highest attainable standerd of health is fundamental right of every humen being. in this contex universal access to healthcare assumes prime importance . however healthcare delivery poses a significant challanege for policy makers in india.
This is becausae of following reasons.
1.less oral health awerness.
2.cost of treatment.
3.cost of dental treatment.
4.doctors knowledge.
5.mashrooming of dental colleges in india.
6. infrastructures
7.less support from government sectors.
so the india need a universal healthcare that hing on affordable and access.so the ppp model in healthcare to be promoted. the government alone cannot meet the healthcare infrastructures in the rural as well as in urben areas.in short the ppp model is.
in this the some part of the treatment cost is afford by the state and the central government and some part is by the patient party .so that the treatment cost is reduced by 50 to 60 percent. that break the major boundaries to enter into the dental clinic. at last the oral health can be improved in india and dentist will be finencially stable in india . now days this model is used by many hospitals for the treatment of medical diseases in india. but this model of dental practice will also healpfull for the dentistry also. this model can solve the all above problems related with dentistry.
in india ppp model is in use by the following hospitals.
NARAYANA HEALTH CARE
AROYGYA RAKSHA SCHEME IN ANDHRAPRADESH
S.R. GENERALISED HOSPITAL
AND IN MANY HOSPITALS OF RAJASTHAN.
so that in this era of dentistry this public private partnership model can be healpful for the patient and the dentist both.
