    Appointment  system is a good pattern for patients because dental treatment take a very long time .

    By Q system is not good pattern because their be uncomfortable wait for turn come. Patients setting in the waiting room feel bore.

    Appointment pattern is always the best pattern it decreases the chances of white hypertension to patients, also lesser the waiting more the satisfication more word of mouth publicity hence more patient flow.
    Even in terms of covid lesser is the contact between patients
    In early setups it becomes easy for the assistants to manage hence creating less front desk nuisance
