     A patient aged 40 yrs reported to the clinic today, complaining of "CURRENT" like cramps on one side of her face.

     A patient aged 40 yrs reported to the clinic today, complaining of "CURRENT" like cramps on one side of her face.

    We checked intra orally for caries, but result was negative..there was absolutely no caries in sight

    History was taken to ask for any episode of HERPES in near past.Patient denied any such history

    Differential diagnosis was narrowed down to HERPETIC NEURALGIA, TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA, MPDS, 

    B-Complex was prescribed in case of a nerve disorder, since patient did not complain of tremendous pain

     

    Kindly opine as to what should be done further

     will it be possible for u to post the OPG or xrays of I/O images
