*Bone Volume:* Sufficient
Bone Trajectory: Favorable

*Surgical Interpretation:*

= Extraction of root stumps
= Flapless Hybrid Implants placement
= Immediate Crowns
= Achieved torque levels more than 50 Ncm

*Treatment Duration:* 15-30 mins in each case
