    Dear all implantology  gurus,

    Male patient . Age:-  62 years. Well controlled diabetes and hypertension. Tooth : 2-7 /  Upper right second molar

    2-7 / UR second molar was badly infected and was extracted on  16/04/2021 . As can be seen on the OPG the wound is not completely healed ( or at least the bony healing has yet to occur ). Should I attempt implant placement in 2-7 / Upper right second molar.

    If yes , what should be the procedure and precautions to be take. I use Osstem implants.

    Hope to see a lot of responses and many thanks in advance for the same. Please find below the latest OPG as well as the OPG before extraction.
