* Overbite -5 mm
* Molar relationship – Full unit class 2
* Incisor relationship – Class 2 ( In fact incisors are touching the palate 2 mm palatal to upper centrals)
* Canine relationship – Class 2
The facial pattern is hereditary.
Patient has lip biting habit. I think the habit biting is the cause as well as the result of incompetent lips. Since lips are incompetent the patient tends to bite the upper lip more. Lower lip is dry.
As can be seen the nose is prominent and he will require rhinoplasty later on.
What kind of orthodontic treatment can be done for him?
