Friendly relation with in the staff for the betterment of the clinic is it necessary or no?

The staff in the clinic should be essentially friendly with each other…as far as the relation of the doctor with the staff is concerned it should be optimum…as in it should be friendly enough but they should be aware of the fact that the doctor has an upper hand..
