    Dear all eminent implantologists ,

Female patient / Age 56 / No relevant medical history

    Tooth : 1-5 ( Upper right 2nd Premolar)

Enameloplasty on mesial of 1-6 ( Upper right 1st molar ) will be done. I was wondering if I could place an implant with the tap technique. Is it worth attempting ?  What could be the possible complications ?

Should the socket or end of the socket covered with a collagen membrane to prevent the implant going into the sinus ?

Or should I try peri implant vertical bone augmentation ?

Hope to see a lot of responses and many thanks in advance for the same.

    Regards,

    Dr. Veerendra Darakh
