     Sir can you tel us what are the chances of leakage at the margins of the onlays, because in the pictures the margins are seen evidently between the onlay and tooth on the buccal surface of the tooth

     the margins are fairly smooth and it seems to be more of a photographic artifact. In any event the patient is a oral hygiene fanatic and not only flosses but also uses the oral irrigator regularly. she comes regularly for followups. The patient is a young female of 22 yrs. I have told her that this tooth will require RCT and a crown one fine day.
