Male patient . No relevant medical history Age : Around 45 years.
Tooth : 3-6 ( Lower left first molar) Silver filling done many years back. It has cracked.
Recently patient reported ( elsewhere) with complaint of sensitivity and a light cure composite filling was done in the abfraction cavity in LL6. osis of After a few days he developed a swelling and a pointing abscess.
Pain and swelling has become less after a course of antibiotics.
What is the prognosis of this tooth ? IOPA has been taken with a GP point through the abscess.
